About Strategic Leadership

This program consists of two half-day workshops.

  • The first workshop orients senior leadership teams to strategic leadership, and their roles and responsibilities as strategic leaders (strategic thinking, commitment to the purpose and vision, and decision making).

    Participants will explore their own strengths and gaps, and the team will lay the foundations to support each member in practicing strategic leadership.

  • The second workshop will help senior leaders develop the practical skills to sustain their strategic plan and support strategic leadership across the organization.

    Participants will focus on communicating the new vision and the changes needed to bring it to life. As well as how to prioritize and support strategic leadership across the organization.
